From the the first meeting with Russ to the completion of our garden. We can’t recommend Step Outside Landscapes enough. After having to dig out 32 ton of soil to level one part of the garden to the beautiful sleeper beds and the raised patio. We absolutely love our new garden it’s made it an accessible space for all our family and we can’t thank you enough. Russ is very knowledgeable, reliable, hardworking, methodical and meticulous.

I had cracking in my resin driveway a couple of years after it was laid. Although Russ was hard to get hold of, he came by and made good on the warranty of his work re-doing the entire area where the cracks had appeared. My driveway now is as good as new.It is good to know that there are tradespeople like Russ who stand behind their work.

Like others, we used Russ based on the good reviews which seem to be quite rare.We were not disappointed, as you would expect with any tradesmen with a good review, we had to wait a little while but was well worth it.We had a Resin Bound driveway and could not be happier with the results. Russ clearly knows what he is doing and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the end result surpassed our expectations.Highly Recommended!

I have waited a long time to get my front and back garden completed. I am beyond happy with how it has turned out! I am a perfectionist and I could not fault there work in any way. They listened to exactly what I wanted and they were so helpful and polite. I looked around for ages and got several quotes but I picked this company based on their pictures of previous work and I was not disappointed, my gardens look incredible. Totally transformed our garden despite torrential rain, wind, freezing cold and sleet. The guys had to get everything through our house as we have no rear access but they did it all as cleanly and good natured as possible. Installed a new porous resin bound drive in Chigwell for us this month.So pleased being able to park four cars on the drive instead of just the one before we had this done.No more maintenance either. I was initially completely ripped off by a rogue trader and my resin drive was just a mess of loose gravel after three days of being laid. A year later we decided to cut our losses and get the drive relaid properly. I contacted Russell as he had been recommended to me. I was still obviously nervous but Russell was really easy to deal with from the quote stage until completion. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how. He rectified new problems as they appeared due to the previous cowboy workmanship. He carried out all the work to a very high standard,he is polite, tidy, hardworking and communicated every stage of work that he carried out to reassure me. We now have a fantastic high quality resin drive that we always wanted. I would highly recommend Step Outside Landscapes and will use them again when needed.
